Hofwyl-Broadfield Plantation State Historic Site

Hofwyl-Broadfield Plantation was owned by the same family from 1806 to 1973. Hourly tours of the antebellum era plantation house, fully furnished with family owned antiques dating to the 1750's. There are seven original plantation out-buildings, tabby ruins of a rice mill, camellia gardens, hundreds of century's old Live Oak trees, trails, a museum featuring the family's silver collection and exhibits on low-country rice production.
